VoiceUp – AI Celebrity Voice

VoiceUp is an entertainment app from AppVision LTD, listed on Google Play under the same application identifier as Celebrity Voice Changer AI. Its current store description presents a text-to-speech workflow: choose a voice, enter text and generate an audio clip. The provider also describes making voiceovers, videos and personalized greetings. These are advertised capabilities; the directory has not installed the app or generated audio.

The product is aimed at casual creative messages and entertainment. A celebrity-style voice does not establish an endorsement by that person or permission to impersonate them. The provider's claims about realism, the number of voices and its popularity have not been independently tested and are not used here as performance evidence.

Google Play provides the Android installation entry. The linked privacy policy describes VoiceUp as a free app, while the terms reserve the ability to charge for services. The reviewed public pages do not establish the current in-app purchase prices or which generation features require payment, so check the purchase screen before agreeing to a charge.

The privacy policy identifies advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchase-management services. It also says the service is not directed at children under thirteen. Do not infer that all data stays on the device or that the app is suitable for children solely from the store's content rating. Review permissions before providing recordings or personal information.
