Information we collect

When you create a publisher account, we process your email address, display name and account identifier. Google sign-in provides the basic openid, email and profile information you approve. We also process tool submissions, update requests and security logs needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your publisher account, review and publish directory listings, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and communicate about your submissions.

Google sign-in data

FeaturedAITools uses your Google account subject as the stable login identifier. OAuth authorization codes and ID tokens are used only to complete sign-in. We do not store Google access tokens or refresh tokens.

Service providers and links

Google provides account authentication. Cloudflare provides content delivery and security services. Tool pages link to independent third-party websites whose privacy practices are their own.

Payments, advertising and optional analytics

Stripe processes card payments on its hosted checkout. We retain order, payment status, refund and service records needed for delivery and reconciliation; we do not receive full card numbers. Sponsored delivery records placement impressions and eligible, filtered and billable click outcomes. We do not represent clicks as signups or sales.

Optional Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics. Until then, and if you decline, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Analytics privacy choice" link at the bottom of every page. We use Google's consent mode with advertising storage always denied. Declining analytics does not prevent checkout or service delivery. Analytics events use broad service and page categories; we do not send email addresses, card details, draft text or private order links. For completed payments we send an order reference, the service type and the amount so we can count purchases; this happens only if you accepted analytics.

Retention, cookies and your choices

Account and submission records are retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and protect the directory. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.
