Tool Information

DocsBot builds knowledge-based AI agents for customer questions and internal documentation. The hosted service imports websites, documents and supported business sources, then retrieves relevant material for answers. Website widgets and integrations offer deployment options; actions and voice are additional capabilities. Several advertised connectors remain beta or coming soon, so check the particular source before choosing a workflow. Generated answers and promotional accuracy claims need independent checking.

The USD monthly selector lists Free, Personal at USD49, Standard at USD149 and Business at USD499. Free includes one bot, fifty source pages, one hundred monthly AI credits and one user; it does not include private bots. Personal raises source capacity to five thousand pages and provides five thousand monthly credits. A source page represents roughly five thousand cleaned characters. Messages start at one credit, while larger models, longer requests and actions can consume more. Reaching the limit stops answers unless capacity increases; optional automatic add-ons create further charges. Annual billing and enterprise agreements differ from these monthly examples.

The public signup route first asks for the agent audience and account type. Selecting Personal reveals empty name, email and password fields, a terms checkbox and Google signup. Nothing was submitted, connected, uploaded or generated.

Review deletion and privacy requirements before loading business knowledge. The pricing page says Free has no expiry, whereas the terms describe deletion of free or lapsed bot data after thirty days. Staff may inspect sources and queries; AI processing uses third parties. Hashed email matching for advertising remains identifiable. Public contract and privacy documents describe different retention and breach-notice windows. The external subprocessor list and incorporated transfer contracts were not reviewed; certification badges do not substitute for that assessment.
