IntegraBot is a Brazilian platform for AI-assisted customer service through WhatsApp and a website chat widget. Operated by AltaForja Informação e Tecnologia LTDA, it uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API and lets businesses configure agents with their own knowledge materials. The public product pages describe automated follow-up, conversations involving audio or images, and transfer to a human attendant. Availability depends on configuration and the selected plan.

The service is aimed at teams handling repeated customer questions and routine sales conversations. An agent can be configured around a business's information while staff take over cases that need judgment. This review covered public product and policy pages; it did not connect a WhatsApp account, upload customer information or test response accuracy. Public demonstrations and sales claims do not establish business results.

The Starter plan is listed at R$97 per month for one agent and one thousand AI messages. Higher plans increase agent and message allowances. A seven-day trial is advertised without a card, but Meta's WhatsApp charges are separate, including during the trial. The website widget does not incur those WhatsApp charges. Confirm quotas and renewal terms before subscribing.

The October 2026 privacy policy describes processing by AI providers, payment services and infrastructure providers, including international transfers. It sets different retention periods for account, tax and security data; cancellation does not erase every record immediately. Check the applicable processing arrangement before sending confidential customer conversations. The terms restrict spam and unofficial WhatsApp connections, and paid subscriptions renew until canceled.
