KlearStack is a business document-processing service that combines data extraction with rule-based checks, audit records and exception handling. Its current site describes workflows for accounts payable, trade, lending and claims. Teams can use it to extract fields from invoices, bank documents, purchase orders and shipping paperwork, then compare the information across documents and connected systems.

The vendor describes AI agents that apply configured controls, flag possible alterations or duplicate submissions, and route exceptions to people for review. The linked service-terms and data-processing-agreement pages returned 404 during review, so contractual processing obligations could not be checked.
