Passport Photo Online

Passport Photo Online, operated under the PhotoAiD brand, lets people take passport, visa and ID photos with a phone instead of visiting a photo studio. Users choose the document they need, take or upload a photo, and the service adjusts the background, crop and size to match that document's official specifications. The company says each photo is checked by AI and verified by human experts before delivery. Results can be downloaded as digital files for online applications or ordered as printed photos.

The service is aimed at people renewing passports or applying for visas, ID cards and other documents who want a quick, at-home option. Official acceptance ultimately depends on the issuing authority, so users should still read their government's photo rules; no photo was submitted for this listing.

According to the site's FAQ, a compliant digital passport photo costs $16.95 and printed photos cost $19.95, including delivery, in the US context; prices for other documents and countries may differ. Free apps are available for iOS and Android.

PhotoAiD's terms describe both free and paid services, products generated with AI technology and the processing of uploaded images to fulfill orders, and they require users to have the rights to any third-party image they upload. The privacy policy explains how photos and personal data are handled; because passport photos are biometric-style images, users should review it before uploading.
