Robylon is an AI customer support platform from Zooid Tech Inc. Its agents answer customers on email, website chat, voice calls and WhatsApp, look up information in connected systems such as order or billing tools, and take actions like processing exchanges instead of only describing them; anything they cannot finish is handed to a human with the checks already done. Teams build the agents from knowledge sources, test and cluster gaps in the knowledge base, connect help desks such as Freshdesk, Zendesk and Zoho Desk on higher plans, and use analytics and AI recommendations. The platform also supports browser-based task automation configured by the customer.
