Scholarly

Scholarly is an AI workspace for learning and knowledge work built around the user's own sources. People add PDFs, notes, recordings or videos, and Scholarly creates study and work material from them: flashcards with active recall, short video lectures and podcasts, slides, study guides, practice exams and quizzes, mind maps, infographics, outlines and other documents, along with chat and Deep Research answers that cite the source. AI Meeting Notes records meetings and produces transcripts, decisions and action items, and flashcards can be exported to Anki.

Scholarly suits students preparing for exams, professionals onboarding to new material and teams building training content. Generated material should be checked against the source, and students should follow course rules on AI assistance. Nothing was tested for this listing.

The Free plan is very limited, with a single AI creation credit and small lifetime allowances. Premium costs $12 per month billed yearly at $144, or $30 month to month, and includes 15 AI creation credits a week, unlimited chat and larger uploads. Laureate costs $99 per month with 80 credits a week and higher limits. Team plans with per-seat pricing are offered separately, and no card is needed to start.
