Zoom AI Companion

ZoomMate is the AI assistant presented within Zoom's broader workplace products. Its official page describes help with finding information across meetings and other Zoom content, catching up on projects, and organizing work. Search in Zoom covers transcripts, chats, documents, and contacts so people can locate earlier conversations and related information. The page also describes search that connects conversational context with information from other apps. For a daily catch-up, ZoomMate can provide a summary of recent projects and relevant news. It can assemble a task list using a person's schedule, chats, and current information. The product page connects the assistant to Zoom Workplace and shows related areas such as meetings, chat, notes, and productivity tools. Someone evaluating it should look at the Zoom products their team already uses, the information they want the assistant to search, and the actions they expect it to help prepare. The page contains plan information alongside the product description, so available features and charges should be confirmed against Zoom's current terms for the relevant account.
