1Flow

1Flow is an in-product survey platform for SaaS products, websites, and mobile apps. It lets teams present surveys while someone is using an app or browsing a site, so feedback can be connected to a particular part of the experience. The official pages describe creating surveys from a goal with AI, then tailoring the survey's appearance with brand colors, fonts, widget positions, and window sizes. Teams can trigger a flow using events, page URL rules, user attributes, or predefined segments to reach a relevant audience. The reporting dashboard filters responses by answers and attributes, and the site says results can be exported as CSV. A user profile brings together activity, traits, survey answers, and cohort information for analysis. The product also offers SDKs for websites, web apps, and mobile apps, with configuration managed from a cloud dashboard after installation. Research areas named on the homepage include onboarding, satisfaction, acquisition, and user experience. The AI survey tool is presented as a way to draft an initial questionnaire from a stated goal. Teams can review and adapt that draft before launching a survey to their own users.
