BgSub

BgSub is a browser-based image background editor. Its public workspace accepts an image file, a pasted image or an image URL, and the site describes automatic background removal and replacement. Replacement choices include a solid color, a gradient or another image. Additional controls cover color adjustment, size, position and mirroring, making the tool relevant to a single product photo or a social-media composition. A useful workflow is to choose the intended background first and then inspect the extracted subject at the intended display size. Fine edges, reflections and transparent objects deserve a close check before the result is used in a listing or advertisement. Automatic separation should not be treated as proof that every edge is correct. BgSub promotes processing without uploading the image and presents privacy protection as a product feature; this review did not perform a network or security audit. The official FAQ lists a maximum image resolution of 4096 x 4096. It also describes API access and batch processing as coming soon, so the current browser editor should not be selected on the assumption that it already supports an automated catalog workflow. The editor entry and public controls were checked without uploading a personal image or evaluating the quality of a generated cutout.
