Its website presents mind maps, flowcharts, presentations and AI-assisted brainstorming alongside everyday board editing. A team can use these formats to move from a discussion to a visual plan, but should choose a plan around editable boards, storage and export needs as well as AI access. The free tier limits editable boards and objects per board, making it more suitable for evaluating a small workflow than assuming an unrestricted team workspace. Paid Starter adds board capacity, higher-resolution exports and more version history. It does not include the recurring AI allowance offered by the separate AI plans. This distinction matters if most of the planned work involves generating diagrams or presentations rather than manually editing a canvas. The pricing page separates annual subscriptions from lifetime offers. Subscription AI credits are listed per seat and month, whereas the lifetime cards show total credits.
