ChatbotGen is a chatbot builder operated by Toptive LLC according to its public terms. The site describes training agents from website pages, PDF documents, question-and-answer pairs and text, then deploying to a web widget, WhatsApp or Telegram. Templates cover tasks such as support and lead capture. The reviewed registration page offered Google or email sign-up; no account, document upload, message or channel connection was created.

Free is presented as a building and training allowance: one chatbot, thirty demo messages per month, three documents, five URLs and 400K training characters. Starter displays $29 per month for three chatbots and 2,000 monthly messages; larger tiers raise the limits. The free-plan badges, feature matrix and terms do not describe live deployment consistently. The matrix excludes free WhatsApp and Telegram, and the terms require a paid plan for going live. Confirm the intended channel before treating the free allowance as production access.

Free account creation without a card differs from the paid-plan trial at checkout. The terms say that a valid payment method is required for that trial and is charged automatically after it ends unless cancelled. Taxes are separate from listed fees. No trial or checkout was started here.

WhatsApp is connected through QR device linking, rather than the Meta Business setup promoted by some other services. The terms explicitly warn that account automation may lead to restrictions or number bans. Review that dependency before using a critical number. Test answers against approved business information and arrange human escalation; source training does not establish output accuracy.
