ChatNode

ChatNode is a chatbot and AI-agent builder whose terms identify ChatNode AI LLC as the provider. It describes training from website pages and files, adding a website chatbot, reviewing conversations and using actions or integrations. A public registration form with email, password and Google sign-in was observed; no registration or message was submitted.

Its usage unit is a credit rather than a fixed one-credit message. The pricing FAQ says each generated response consumes a model-dependent number of credits. Free lists one chatbot, one user, 35 monthly credits, twenty files or URLs and 500,000 training characters. Free chatbots inactive for fourteen days are deleted, so this is not permanent unattended hosting.

The monthly plans display Lite at $35 with one agent and 1,250 credits, Standard at $89 with three agents and 12,500 credits, and Scale at $377 with eight agents and 50,000 credits. Annual charges are $350, $890 and $3,770. Automatic recharge at $9 per 1,000 non-expiring credits is separate from the $8 monthly recurring credit add-on. The FAQ gives conflicting monthly credit-renewal dates; confirm the applicable schedule rather than relying on either date.

The terms prohibit uploading sensitive financial, medical, identification and certain protected personal data. They also limit permitted use and apply fair-use restrictions, including to unlimited wording. Check approved input data and integration permissions before deployment. ChatNode may fit a team comparing knowledge-trained agents, actions and handoff with predictable capacity limits; output accuracy and real integration behavior require testing.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled or downgraded before renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable except where the terms or law provide otherwise. If you connect your own third-party model API key, its separate usage charges remain your responsibility, including charges arising from integration errors.
