Pricing is by quotation. Centralize lists five seats, Collaborate starts from five users and Control starts from ten users. The plans differ in their AI, workflow, configuration and integration features; signing credits and extra seats can affect the final offer. The reviewed pages do not establish a universal starting price. Obtain an applicable quote and check the billing and renewal conditions before purchasing.

The terms describe software access for internal business use and a standard annual agreement unless otherwise agreed. They also explain that AI features send relevant contract data to subprocessors.
