Cyanite

Cyanite is a music-analysis and discovery service operated by elceedee UG (haftungsbeschraenkt). Its public product information describes automatic tagging for attributes such as genre, mood, instruments, lyric themes and tempo, together with natural-language track descriptions. Similarity search and free-text search help users explore a music catalogue. The tools are presented for publishers, libraries, music technology companies and other catalogue teams.

Access is offered through a web application, an API and integrations with music catalogue systems. The public FAQ says the web application accepts MP3 files up to 15 minutes long, while larger catalogue ingestion can support other formats by arrangement. Those statements describe advertised capabilities; this review did not upload music, run an analysis or evaluate the accuracy of a tag or search result.

The FAQ lists five free song uploads per month with limited feature access. Paid and enterprise arrangements depend on the service and catalogue requirements. Enterprise pricing can combine an API subscription, usage-based analysis fees and search subscriptions, with volume discounts. No universal paid starting price was verified. Review the applicable order for allowances, billing commitments and renewal conditions rather than treating free access as access to every feature.

The service terms require users to hold the rights needed for submitted music. They retain ownership of customer data while allowing processing for the service and use of anonymised aggregate data. The privacy document also describes account, audio, usage and device information, marketing uses and service providers. Confirm the data-processing and deletion arrangements before submitting an unreleased catalogue. Public claims about security, search speed or licensing gains were not independently audited and are not promised results.
