Decision Mentor structures choices using weighted criteria, pairwise comparisons and AI-assisted decision models. The current website describes scorecards, side-by-side trade-off matrices and AI-generated criteria hierarchies. Its Analytic Hierarchy Process approach includes a consistency check, but mathematical consistency does not establish that the underlying assumptions or final choice are correct. People remain responsible for deciding which criteria and evidence matter.

The public pricing page offers Free for up to three active personal decisions and links to mobile apps. Pro Mentor displays $4.99 per month with unlimited personal decisions and hierarchy levels, mind maps, AI mentoring and export features. Enterprise has organization-specific pricing for group scoring, sensitivity modeling and integrations. The terms specify USD and automatic renewal until cancellation in account settings. App-store billing, taxes, final charges and specific enterprise service commitments were not independently confirmed; no purchase or trial was started.

The homepage's Try for Free link points to a login route that currently renders a 404 page. The separate Sign In button on the homepage opens a panel with Google and Apple options. That panel was observed without clicking an identity-provider button, registering or entering credentials. A broken linked route does not establish that the entire service is unavailable, while a visible authentication panel does not verify the logged-in decision workflow.

The privacy policy distinguishes publicly shared decisions from private account decisions and says AI-mentor conversations are processed through OpenAI. Account details, decision criteria, ratings and technical device data are collected. Its confidentiality and non-retention statements are supplier claims, not an independent audit. Check sharing settings and processing arrangements before adding sensitive decisions.
