Dypt is a web task planner operated by Poyzer Tech Limited. It combines nested tasks with deadlines, reminders, recurring work, tags and sharing. Its AI features turn a larger task into subtasks, estimate time, extract actions from notes and convert an image into tasks. It suits someone maintaining a structured checklist rather than looking for an autonomous agent to execute work. The public login showed email and social sign-in choices; no account was created or tasks generated.

Capacity matters because subtasks and completed items count towards the task limit. Deleting items frees capacity. Starter lists 100 tasks and 25 AI actions; Pro lists 5,000 tasks and 200 actions, while VIP lists 25,000 tasks and 500 actions. Each AI feature use consumes an action, resetting at the start of the billing month. Private sharing limits apply per task, with one, five or twenty collaborators depending on the plan.

The current pricing states USD excluding tax. Pro costs USD5 on monthly billing or USD48 for a year; VIP costs USD9 monthly or USD84 yearly. Annual monthly equivalents are not monthly subscriptions. The advertised refund period applies to an initial paid subscription and has exclusions, including prior refunds and consuming more than half the usage allowance. Terms require adult users and verification of AI suggestions before acting; generated plans are not professional advice. Private tasks still undergo service processing, and the privacy policy names OpenAI and other providers, with data in Ireland, Europe and the United States. Public sharing changes who can see a task. Keep your own backup: cancellation retaining tasks is different from account termination and its limited data-request period.
