GPTHelp is a website chatbot service operated, according to its February 2026 terms, by Miniapps, LLC. It uses supplied website content, text and uploaded files to prepare answers for visitors. The public site describes appearance and behavior controls, chat-history review and website embedding. The demo interface was accessible during this review, but no message, website training job or account was submitted; answer quality and integration behavior were not tested.

The pricing page lists Starter at USD 19 per month, Growth at USD 49, Premium at USD 99 and Business at USD 270, before applicable taxes. Starter lists two chatbots, 100 webpages, 30 files of up to 2 MB each and 2,000 monthly messages. Its FAQ offers a seven-day Starter trial and says there is no free plan, while the terms still refer to a free tier. Confirm the applicable trial and subscription conditions before subscribing. Larger deployments and branding removal require a custom quote.

The FAQ describes manual retraining when source content changes. Standard WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Slack integrations are not currently offered; custom enterprise integrations are discussed separately. OpenAI processing is disclosed, but a specific current model is not established by the reviewed pages.

The privacy policy describes uploaded content and conversation-log collection, service-provider sharing including OpenAI, and retention while an account is active or otherwise needed. Account deletion uses a reasonable-timeframe commitment rather than a fixed number of days. Review these conditions before supplying confidential material. The terms require users to monitor AI answers, which may be inaccurate. Subscriptions can be canceled for the next billing period, with no prorated refund promised for the remaining period.
