HelloScribe

HelloScribe is a voice-led thinking and drafting application. Its current website describes spoken idea capture, a graph connecting concepts, structured drafting, and a Mastermind twin that uses earlier sessions. Public feature pages advertise Markdown, DOCX and plain-text exports. The workflow is aimed at developing writing and research ideas; advertised reasoning or professional-use examples do not establish factual accuracy or suitability for sensitive client work.

The reviewed pricing page lists Free at $0 monthly, Thinker at $9, Creator at $29 and Elite at $79. It does not identify the ISO currency behind these dollar symbols. Free offers 15-minute sessions and current-session memory; Thinker lists 30-minute sessions and seven-day memory. Creator lists 30-day memory and 60 voice-twin minutes per month. Elite advertises unlimited memory and voice-twin use. View-only access on the lower tiers differs from talking back to the twin. The homepage calls its free entry a trial; confirm ongoing entitlements in the account before relying on them.

Public pages and an empty registration panel were checked. No account, microphone recording, generated draft, export or purchase was tested. Transcription accuracy, memory behavior, output quality and advertised unlimited usage remain unverified. Review drafts before publishing and confirm billing and cancellation terms.

The February 2026 privacy policy says source audio is deleted after transcription, while drafts remain until deletion. It names Google Cloud/Firebase, Stripe, OpenAI and Deepgram, with zero-retention arrangements qualified where applicable. Account deletion allows up to 30 days for live databases and 90 days for backups. These are policy statements, not independently tested controls. The January terms require users to be 18 and qualify shared-model training by consent; do not infer complete anonymity, universal zero retention or verified end-to-end encryption.
