The website advertises this personal job-search service as free and usable without signup. Those statements do not mean that its separate employer hiring platform is free.

The job-seeker workflow combines job discovery, CV feedback, document rewriting and interview practice. Generated applications and scorecards are drafts that users should check for accuracy. This review did not upload a CV, open a microphone, run an interview or send a job application. Claims about hiring outcomes, listing coverage or passing applicant-tracking systems were not independently verified.

JobsChat LLC in Delaware operates the service. Its October 2026 terms distinguish individual job seekers, employer accounts and candidates invited by employers. Employer plans start at USD 99 per month for thirty included interviews, with separate annual pricing and limits. Interviews count when they begin, and the terms specify renewal, cancellation and retake rules. Confirm the applicable service before subscribing.

The policies say job-seeker documents, practice transcripts and scorecards are deleted after thirty days. Employer-held CVs and written assessments follow different retention rules and can remain until the employer deletes them; quoted answers may survive in an assessment. External AI, speech and infrastructure providers process parts of the service internationally. These are provider disclosures, not a privacy audit. Employers must review assessments themselves and may not make hiring decisions solely from an AI score or recommendation.
