Kidgeni

Kidgeni is a creative AI service from Kidgeni Inc. for children roughly ages five to twelve, used through accounts managed by a parent, guardian or teacher. Its public site describes tools for generating art, stories, illustrated books, comics, coloring pages and short movie scenes. Adult-managed family and classroom Spaces provide a way to share creations with selected members.

Children describe an idea and use Sparks, the service's credit unit, to create content. Comic tools combine generated artwork with editable speech balloons, while the learning feature presents illustrated explanations around a question. The vendor describes prompt screening, output moderation and adult reporting controls. These safeguards and its compliance claims were not independently tested; adult review remains important because generated material may be inaccurate or inappropriate. No child account, personal information, upload or generation was used in this review.

The free Little Explorer plan lists 500 Sparks per month, basic styles and standard resolution. In the monthly billing view, Magic Maker costs USD 9.99 with 3,250 monthly Sparks, and Magic Master costs USD 19.99 with 6,500. The Schools plan is USD 99 monthly. Annual billing is separate. Subscription Sparks reset at refill, while purchased Spark packs do not expire under the terms; paid plans renew until cancelled.

The privacy policy says adults control child profiles, which use a username and PIN instead of a child's email. Prompts are processed by third-party AI providers for generation, transcription and moderation. Creations are private by default and can be shared into approved Spaces. The policy states that requested deletion completes within thirty days, subject to legally retained records. Its no-advertising and no-training statements are provider commitments, not an independent security or privacy audit.
