The public pricing page advertises a Fall Sale of $199 per case for customers starting by November 30, compared with a displayed regular price of $299. It lists unlimited firm users, case-document chat, chronologies, billing summaries, demands and case-analysis reports as included. The dollar sign does not establish a currency code, and detailed page limits and applicable taxes were not confirmed. The Try a Case for Free wording is explained as a money-back guarantee on the first case, rather than a verified zero-charge trial. Confirm the applicable order terms and refund procedure before buying.

The vendor's security page says it uses encryption, has undergone a third-party penetration test, and has business-associate and zero-retention agreements with AI providers. It also states that its models do not train on customer data. These remain vendor statements; the underlying audit and agreements were not inspected. The provider-specific zero-retention claim does not mean Legalyze itself stores no case data: the service terms describe a thirty-day retrieval period after termination, while the privacy policy allows retention for operational and legal purposes and processing across jurisdictions.
