It provides result categories, source links, filters, collections and alerts. The terms exclude login-only and social-media content from search coverage and describe results as indicative rather than definitive. No image was uploaded and no search accuracy was tested.

Free access is intended for personal, noncommercial use and leaves some source information locked. The reviewed monthly pricing displays Starter at $19.99 plus tax with fifty result unlocks and ten alerts; Professional at $69.99 with five hundred unlocks, fifty alerts and Research Mode; and Developer at $2,800 with five thousand unlocks, five hundred alerts and up to five thousand API requests monthly. Currency codes, annual prices and the separate one-time option's current amount were not established. Unlimited searches do not mean unlimited source-link unlocks.

The People category is provided by EYEMATCH AI under additional terms. It requires adult users, explicit consent and a photo of the user's own face; searching another person's image is prohibited. The stated exclusions include the EEA, UK, Argentina and Illinois. General free-image access should not be interpreted as an entitlement to free face searches. Matches must not be treated as conclusive identity verification.

Lenso's policy describes transferring the consented face image to EYEMATCH and processing account, payment and usage data through service providers.
