Litespace provides AI recruiting assistance for businesses and recruiting agencies. Its current product pages describe finding prospective candidates, reviewing resumes against a recruiter's criteria, conducting preliminary interviews and preparing interview notes. The vendor positions these tools as assistance for recruiters, who retain responsibility for hiring decisions. No candidate data was submitted, no outreach occurred, and ranking quality, fairness or interview accuracy was not tested.

The Growth plan displays $59 with monthly billing, 250 monthly credits and two seats. Business displays $249 monthly, 1,100 credits and ten seats. Selecting annual billing shows monthly equivalents of $49 and $199. The currency code and final annual invoice were not confirmed. Enterprise requires a custom quote. A resume screen consumes one credit and an AI interview consumes five, so the displayed resume and interview maxima draw from the same allowance rather than being additive entitlements. Credits normally expire monthly; the FAQ directs customers to support for additional credits or customized rollover arrangements.

The site also advertises applicant-tracking-system integrations and interview scheduling or summaries. These connections were not tested. Any generated shortlist, assessment or summary needs human review against the actual role requirements and source material.

The January 2024 terms describe hosting in Canada for Canadian and US users and make service scope dependent on the sales order. The privacy policy still describes a workspace-management platform, allows service providers and retains exceptions to deletion. Its restriction on sharing Google API data with AI models should not be generalized to all candidate information. Confirm the current recruitment-specific processing agreement, notices and retention conditions before uploading resumes or recording interviews.
