Lyzr AI provides tools for building, deploying and governing enterprise agents. Its current platform includes Agent Studio for engineering teams, Architect for agent and application building, and Opencontroller for monitoring and governance across different agent frameworks. Underlying components cover memory, retrieval, tools and orchestration. The vendor describes evaluations, guardrails and human review, but no agent, integration or security control was tested during this review.

The current pricing page separates four enterprise modules. Agent governance starts at $250K per year; production workflows start at $250K for 150 agent-months; employee AI starts at $100K per year; and model fine-tuning displays $250K for 2.5 trillion training tokens. Customer terms specify U.S. dollars and exclude taxes. Base plans are annual and prepaid, with the order form governing the purchased scope. Production consumption varies with agent type and activity, and part of a month counts as a month. Additional agent-months are listed at $2,000, with prepaid top-ups offered separately.

Community development and testing are advertised as free, but production agents draw from the contracted allowance. Unlimited users do not mean unlimited production workloads. Lyzr-hosted model usage has a contractual fair-use allowance; customers deploying in their own cloud pay their model provider and infrastructure costs directly. On-premises Optimus hardware is separately priced from $500K in the first year, with software licensing additional.

The customer terms distinguish ownership of customer prompts and outputs from ownership of Lyzr's products. They also allow retained aggregated or de-identified usage data. Customer processing agreements govern service data, while the public privacy policy describes other retention and international transfers. Confirm deployment-specific access, processing and commercial terms before connecting internal systems.
