Users create a guide, upload or drag in screenshots, tap on each image to add steps with annotations and highlighted areas, and give the guide a title, description and call to action. An optional Chrome plugin captures screens as you click through a process, so screenshots do not have to be taken manually. Steps can also carry voice-overs, and the service can translate guides.

The tool is aimed at support teams reducing repetitive tickets, HR teams documenting onboarding, SaaS companies explaining product features and anyone writing standard operating procedures. Finished guides can be published to a shareable link, embedded with an iframe in sites such as WordPress, Webflow or Framer, gathered into a public hub, or exported as an MP4 video, a GIF, a PDF of all steps or a ZIP of step images.
