Pictura is an AI photo enhancement app for iPhone and iPad. It sharpens blurry photos, restores scratched or faded prints, colorizes black-and-white pictures, upscales images up to 4x, removes backgrounds and grain, and offers AI headshots, cartoon and caricature styles and a library of trend filters. Users pick a photo from the library or camera, choose a tool and save the result, with an in-app history of edits.

Pictura says it keeps no server-side database of user images, does not create biometric face data and does not use photos for advertising. Users should not upload images of minors without parental permission.
