Procys

Procys is a document processing platform from the Dutch company Procys B.V. that uses AI, OCR and a self-learning engine to pull structured data from business documents. It handles invoices, receipts, purchase orders and personal or passport documents, capturing items such as supplier and billing details, invoice numbers, dates and totals, and it can automatically split multi-page files. Extracted data can be validated and sent to accounting and ERP systems through integrations with Holded, Microsoft Business Central, Twinfield and SFTP, or through an API, and the platform supports UBL e-invoice formats and data annotation to train extraction on custom fields.

Procys is aimed at accounting firms, finance teams and businesses in logistics or hospitality that process large volumes of paperwork. Extracted values should be reviewed before posting to the books, and documents containing personal data need appropriate handling.
