Ringly is an AI phone support service for Shopify brands. Its voice agent answers customer calls around the clock, looks up orders in Shopify and handles questions about where an order is, returns and exchanges, subscriptions, product advice, pre-purchase questions, inventory and store policies, passing the call to the store's team when the caller needs a person.
