Scribeberry is an AI medical scribe from the Canadian company ScribeBerry Ltd. During in-person or virtual visits it listens through a mobile app, desktop app or Chrome extension, transcribes the conversation and generates structured notes such as SOAP notes that can be pulled into an EMR. It also handles dictation, auto-fills PDF forms such as referrals and Canadian disability tax credit forms, suggests ICD codes, runs pre-intake AI agents and offers more than 2000 templates plus a builder that copies a sample note's format. The company lists one-click workflows for several EMRs, support for more than 40 languages and specialty-tuned models.

Scribeberry is aimed at physicians, therapists and other clinicians who want to reduce charting time. Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing every note and form before it enters the record, and patient consent rules for recording apply. The vendor states HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance, SOC 2 Type 2 certification, regional data hosting and that it does not train models on customer data. Nothing was tested for this listing.
