Decisions AI, formerly known as MeetingCulture.ai, is the AI layer of Decisions, a meeting management application built on Microsoft 365 and Teams. The vendor's site describes an agenda builder that suggests agendas from invitations and chats, a meeting recap that condenses chats and transcripts into a summary of key details and decisions, an AI assistant inside the Decisions Teams chat for adding or editing agenda topics, and an insights dashboard for upcoming meetings. Decisions itself handles agendas, decision logs, votes and meeting minutes stored in the customer's Microsoft 365.

The service is aimed at organizations that already work in Microsoft Teams, including team leads, executive assistants, project groups, boards and committees. Recaps and agendas are AI-generated and should be checked by participants; none of these features were tested for this listing.

Decisions lists four plans on its pricing page. Free costs $0 per user per month and includes the AI assistant, agenda builder and 100 AI credits per month. Basic is $8, Business+ is $15 and Executive is $29 per user per month when billed annually, with 200, 500 and unlimited AI credits respectively. Monthly billing is also offered, and annual billing is described as saving up to 20%. Plans can be mixed within a team, and volume pricing is available from sales.

According to the Decisions AI terms, the feature runs on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services, Decisions may move to a similar provider with notice, and no service-level guarantee applies to the AI add-on. The AI privacy statement says Azure OpenAI abuse monitoring is disabled for the service and that prompts and completions are not logged or retained for human review. Customers process personal data under a separate data processing agreement.
